It comes from the solera of manzanilla Zuleta. This young Amontillado still evokes its Manzanilla origins. Notes of oxidative aging characteristic of old amontillados are quite appreciable.
Selected from our baseline musts, with more body, only subjected to oxidative aging after fortification, which differentiates it from amontillado.

It is a blend between house young Amontillados and Olorosos wines and those from dried grapes, such as Pedro Ximenez and Muscat, although containing Muscat in a larger than average proportion in Medium.
Natural sweet wine based on Muscat variety musts, with grapes coming from vineyards near the coast, where this variety is perfectly adapted to sandier soils. Young wine willing to show the aromatic power of the variety that is made of.
