Oxidative aging wine since its inception, of the 100% palomino variety. Between 12 and 14 years of aging through the system of screeds and hatcheries in oak vats. The alcoholic graduation is 18.5% vol. and comes in bottles of 37.5 and 75 cl.
Amber color, it presents complex aromas where notes of nuts, such as walnut and hazelnut, stand out, with nuances of typical aromas of wood. In the mouth it tastes dry, soft and round to the palate, with a very long and persistent aftertaste.
His personality and character allow him to accompany blunt dishes, such as a cheek or a bull’s tail perfect also for cured cheeses.
