Delgado Zuleta innovates once again, creating the perfect appetizer, as it combines for the first time on the market the two best wines worldwide recognized before meals: chamomile and vermouth. From a selection of chamomile from the hearth of La Goya, a series of botanicals and natural extracts inspired by the natural environment of Sanlúcar de Barrameda are macerated, with the mouth of the Guadalquivir River and the Doñana National Park.
White vermouth based on chamomile and natural extracts. The alcoholic graduation is 15% vol. and is presented in a Bordeaux bottle of 75 cl. with a cork plump cap.
Singular golden yellow color with bright highlights. It retains the characteristic stabbing nose of chamomile, to which floral and citrus notes with almond nuances are added. It tastes dry, intense and balanced, leaving the point of bitterness characteristic of vermouth, but without being excessive and inviting to repeat.
Wine par excellence for the appetizer. Perfect in its traditional combination with olives, any type of pickle, lupines or nuts. Its chamomile base harmoniously balances more fatty tapas such as ham or cheese, or more saline, such as mojama or anchovies. Being made from a wine of proven quality, such as La Goya chamomile, we also recommend tasting it alone.
